Overall, the material feels solid and well made. It was just a bit thinner than I thought it would be, but not in a bad way. Weirdly, I remember noticing it right while there was a tiny sticker stuck to the corner of the packaging, so that detail kind of stuck in my head. Still happy with it overall...

I reached out to support and ended up waiting way longer than I expected. When they finally got back to me, the reply was short and didn’t really solve anything. i had a feeling from the start this wasn’t going to be smooth, and I should’ve trusted my instinct. Not the best experience.

I had to keep chasing them for updates, which got frustrating. It would’ve been nice if they’d just kept me in the loop without me having to ask all the time

The order itself was fine and the website was easy enough to use, but the delivery cost really felt too high for what I bought. It made the final total feel a lot less reasonable than I expected. Shipping wasn’t especially quick either, just kind of okay. I also got the feeling my message about it wasn’t really read, which was a bit frustrating. I’d probably order again if the delivery charge was lower.

I got my refund back quicker than I expected, which surprised me. I was half expecting them to drag it out or make it a hassle like some places do, but it showed up without much fuss.

Delivery was okay, and the product matched what I needed. It’s not perfect, but for the price, I really can’t complain. I’d probably use them again if I needed something similar

I had to send back a shirt that didn’t work out, and the return process was smooth. It took a few days for everything to go through, so I wouldn’t expect an instant refund, but in my case the money came back without any issues.

The item looked close to the photos overall, but the color was a little different in person. It wasn’t awful or anything, I just expected it to match better. I also got one of those canned apology responses, which doesn’t help much when it feels like they didn’t really read the issue. So yeah, not a terrible experience, but not great either. I ordered from b-six.com and, i wasn’t totally sure if I was making the right call at first. I kept wondering if I was just being too optimistic based on the pictures, but the product actually turned out better than I expected. It feels solid, looks like what was shown on the site, and doesn’t have that cheap or flimsy feel.
I’ve been using it for a little while now and it’s still holding up fine. No weird problems or anything that’s made me second-guess the purchase, which is kind of a relief. Overall I’m happy with it and would probably buy from them again.

I had this little issue with my order on b-six.com, nothing huge, but enough that I was sitting there thinking, okay, do I wait, do I email, do I just hope it fixes itself? I ended up contacting support, and weirdly, they got back to me faster than I’d mentally prepared for. No long back-and-forth, no confusing instructions, just straight to the point.

The person helping me was really friendly and explained what was going to happen next, which I appreciated because I like knowing where things are headed. Anyway, it all got sorted without turning into a whole thing, which is basically all I wanted. I’d definitely use them again after that.

I didn’t expect this to last forever, but reading between the lines, I figured it would at least hold up for a while. Unfortunately, it broke way sooner than I thought it would, so I was disappointed.

I got updates quickly, so I wasn’t left kinda guessing where my order was...
